KL-CME-ARL-700 Elevator Control Panel

The KL-CME-ARL-700 Elevator Control Panel is designed for modern traction (VVVF MR/MRL) and hydraulic elevators operating up to 64 stops and speeds of 2.5 m/s.
Fully compliant with EN 81-20 and equipped with an integrated door-bridging control relay, the ARL-700 provides rapid installation, robust communication infrastructure and wide compatibility with ARCODE ecosystem components.

1. System Architecture & Connectivity

• 16-stop parallel wiring support

• 64-stop serial communication via CANBus

• Compatible with all ARCODE system cards (COP/LOP displays, cabin, floor units, etc.)

• Single-cable CANBus communication with Arkel ADrive

• Communication options:

  • Cabin: IBC+, CPC, FX-CAN

  • Shaft: Pre-wired CANBus line or MP16 system

• HSR interface available for non-Arkel inverters & hydraulic control

2. Positioning System

• Encoder-based high-precision shaft copying

• Encoder-free operation via magnetic switch + magnet shaft system

3. Door Control Features

• Integrated door-bridging relay (built-in EN 81-20 requirement)

• Early door opening & level renewal

• Supports single-door and double-door (automatic / semi-automatic) operations

• Single-plug CANBus connection to KM5 Door Control Card

4. User Interface & Programming

• On-board 16×2 LCD for full parameter access

• Configuration via AREM-like CANBus interface

• Parameter copy & firmware update via SD card
